Work Structure

The research activities coordinated in GREENERING are focused on the successful accomplishment of the objectives proposed. The Action will achieve its scientific goals through 4 inter-related Working Groups (WGs), each one with its aim, objectives and tasks foreseen to achieve specific milestones. The Working Groups of GREENERING are:

WG1

Opportunities for Implementation of Green Process at Industrial Scale

WG2

Development of Entrepreneurial Skills

WG3

Education and Mobility

WG4

Impact

WG1

Opportunities for Implementation of Green Process at Industrial Scale

The GREENERING WG1 will be focused on assessing opportunities for the improvement of industrial processes through the implementation of more efficient and sustainable processes and determine the causes of failure of implementation of greener processes from the industrial point of view in order to achieve a significant impact at level of industrial stakeholders and to build a living network for the exchange of knowledge and expertise from university to industry.

WG2 will be focused in providing training to young researchers focusing on value creation, i.e., a translational approach of green technologies to the market, through a series of entrepreneurial activities
This will be achieved through Practical Training Courses and mobility that provide the necessary complementary hands-on training in specific areas such as market analysis, IP strategy, marketing, and business development. These courses will give comprehensive training to a range of scientists, at different levels of formation in order to promote more entrepreneurial activities and the creation of added value through innovation.
